UNANIMOUS DECISION DOMINION EXECUTIVE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Referring to the attitude of the Auckland committee of the People’s Movement, Mr. E. R. Toop yesterday made the following statement: “At a meeting of tlje Dominion -executh - the People’s Movement held on January 27, when two delegates from the Auckland committee were present I was unanimously given authority to fiinalise negotiations with Mr. S. G. Holland without further reference to the executive. Acting on this authority I completed arrangements and it is already very evident they have met with widespread approval among our members and supporters.
“Auckland representatives, including the chairman of the Auckland committee, were parties to the authority given me and, therefore, I feel no further comment is necessary.”
