MEDICAL BENEFITS
START ON SATURDAY CAPITATION FEES (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Two notices published in the Gazette last night are of interest as affecting the Social Security Act. One of these fixes the fifteenth day of each calendar month as from Satur-' day next as the accounting period for the purpose of computing the amount payable from the social security fund to the medical practitioners by way of capitation f.ees. The second Gazette notice states that medical benefits in accordance with the Act, will be available throughout New Zealand on and after Saturday.
