RUMANIAN ATTITUDE (Reed. Feb. 28, 9 a.m.) ROME, Feb. 27. Signor Mussolini yesterday sent a message to the Rumanian Chief of State, General Antonescu, stating: “1 warmly approve of your attitude to Britain. I much appreciate your Government’s straightforward action, which neatly cut short all possible British manoeuvres.”
