Home Guards for Traffic Duty
Traffic police units of the Home Guard are to be formed in Hawke’s Bay, and it is estimated that about 200 men will be required for this purpose. Their training will be given under the direction of the Main Highways Board inspector. Mr. J. W. Coddington.
