PRINCE OF JAPAN (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Reed. Nov. 26. 9 a.m.) TOKIO, Nov. 25. Tlie Emperor of Japan, has sanctioned the holding of a State funeral for Prince Saionji, last of the elder
statesmen, whose death was reported yesterday. The emperor has appointed the Prime Minister. Prince Konoye, as chairman. The arrangements and date have not been fixed.
