ROUGH HANDLING
YOUTH OF GERMANY SERVICE PRISONERS (Reed. Oct. 23, 9 a.m.) BERLIN, Oct. 22. The leader of the Hitler Youth Movement in a statement said that generally he was satisfied with the conduct of members, although lately a greater number of cases needed rough handling, for which it was necessary to establish youth service prisons.
