POSSIBLE CONCESSION NOVEMBER COUPONS . (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. An interesting point relating to the petrol restrictions is the possibility of November coupons being made available for the Labour Day week-end. This would not involve increased allowances, but would be a concession to holiday makers. No official decision is yet available. *
