BUILDING BY-LAWS
STANDARD MODEL For the purpose of regulating the construction of buildings, the Gisborne Borough Council last night made a special order to bring the council’s building by-laws into conformity with the standard model. The town clerk, Mr. W. M. Jenkins, said that if the standard by-laws conflicted with the borough by-laws, the latter would prevail. If any amendment was sought, it could be effected before the special order was confirmed.
