OBITUARY
MRS. MARY ANN GREAVES old makauri family The death of Mrs Mary Ann Greaves in the Cook Hospital this morning removes a member of an old and well-known Makauri family. Mrs., Greaves, who was born in Gisborne 61 years ago, was the eldest daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James-Campbell, Makauri. and married Mr. Joseph Percy Greaves. They lived at Makauri until 12 years ago. when they came to Gisborne. Mrs Greaves enjoyed good health until three ago. Her husband, two sons, two sisters and five brothers remain to mourn their loss. The sons are Messrs. C P. and D. L. J. Greaves, Gisborne. The sisters’ are Mrs. Minns, Derby street, and Mrs. Gibbs, Makauri. The five brothers are Mr. R. Campbell. Makauric'Mr. J. Campbell, Ngatapa: Mr. G. Campbell, Gisborne; Mr. C. Campbell, Wniroa: Mr. W. Campbell. Gisborne. The,interment will, take place at the Taruheru cemetery to-morrow, following. n service in Cochrane’s private chapeK Williams street, at 1.45 p.m.
