GOLD MEDAL AWARD

PRACTICAL WIREMEN GISBORNITE’S WIN Messrs. Ellis and Bull, electrical contractors, Gisborne, have received from the Electrical Wiremen’s Registration Board notice of the success of an apprentice, in their employ, Mr. F. H. Keuke, in gaining the highest marks in the practical portion of the annual wiremen’s examination for New Zealand. The apprentice, who has served three years at his trade under Messrs. Ellis and Bull, receives two mementoes of his success in the form of a gold medal donated by the Cable Makers’ Association, and another prize donated by the'New Zealand Electrical Journal
