SAFEBLOWERS ACTIVE
STRONGROOM OPENED CITY DRAPERY FIRM ( Per Press Association.) PALMERSTON N., this day. Explosives were used last night in blowing open the strongroom of the Premier Drapery Company, also on the locks of two safes inside. As the safes were closed this morning until a locksmith opens them, no indication is obtainable whether the attempt was successful or not. Entry was gained through the yard of adjoining premises and a window.
