ADDRESSES & SIGNATURES (Reed. May 23, 9 a.m.) LONDON, May 22. The Government has ordered that national registration identity cards, with which everyone is -already supplied but which hitherto have contained only the name of the holder, now must bear the owner’s address and signature and be carried constantly.
