NEW ZEALAND CHEQUE (Reed. Mar. 1, 12 noon.) LONDON, Feb. 29. The New Zealand High Commis-' sioner, Mr. W. J. Jordan, to-day handed to Madame Gripenberg, the wife of the Finnish Minister, a cheque in sterling equivalent to £SOOO in New Zealand currency, as New Zealand’s gift to the Finnish Red Cross.
