BANNING OF JEWS
PROFESSIONS IN ITALY EXEMPTIONS PROVIDED (Reed. Feb. 29, 3 p.m.) ROME, Feb. 28. After February, Italy is implementing the decree of last June excluding Jews from most professions, including medicine, law, journalism, engineering and accountancy. Exemptions are granted to war volunteers, early members of the Fascist organisation and relatives of war dead.
