WAR RISK COVERS
INCREASE IN RATES DOMINION TO EUROPE (Reed. Feb. 29, 2 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 28. War risk insurance on cargo carried by Allied and neutral vessels outward and homeward between United Kingdom and Continental ports between Brest and Holland, and Australia and New Zealand, was raised to £4 per cent. The rate to and from French Atlantic ports south of Brest remains at £2 10s.
