CREW OF SCUTTLERS USE OF JAPANESE SHIPS (Reed. Jan. 11, 10.40 a.m.) NEW YORK, Jan. 10. Four hundred of military age of the crew of the scuttled German liner Columbus will be sent to the west coast and from there to Germany in Japanese ships through Russia. Those over military age will go in neutral ships from New York.
