TRAVEL RESTRICTION
GERMAN RAILWAYS FEWER EXPRESSES (Reed. Jan. 11, 12 noon) BERLIN, Jan. 10. The German wireless to-day announced that in order to expedite coal traffic the national railways had ordered a heavy reduction in the ordinary express and passenger trains. The liberated locomotives will also transport other vital goods.
