GANDHI’S COMPLAINT
CONGRESS ORGANISATION SIGNS OF DISINTEGRATION (Reed. Jan. 9, 9 a.m.) BOMBAY, Jan. 8. Mahatma Gandhi, in an article in the Harijan, says: “The Congress organisation shows signs of disintegration. If things do not right themselves I cannot lead an undisciplined army to victory.” The Congress president, Mr. Prasad, issued a statement declaring that the working committee would have to take further action to preserve discipline among the Bengal section of the party where the left wing is prominent.
