PLAN TO BE CONTINUED (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, Jan. 8. A peace-time plan whereby talks on matters of topical interest were given in Royal Air Force centres by distinguished lecturers is being continued shortly when the first of a number of lecturers, including Dr. Abrahams, the British Olympic athlete, will visit Royal Air Force units in France.
