“WE CAN DEAL WITH IT” SYDNEY, Oct. 4 Vice-Admiral Sir Ragnnr Colvin, First Member of the Naval Board, who returned yesterday in an American liner, said that the start of Hie anti-submarine campaign, /had been most encouraging. “We cannot say that it lias been mastered, but the problem is well in jhand, and we know that we can deal with it,” he said.
Sir Ragnnr Colvin left England in tlie Queen Mary the day before war was declared. There was no war fever, he said, bill lie had never seen England more united and determined to preserve some sort of decency in the world
