COPIES FOR CITIZENS (British Official Wireless.) , Reed. 2.40 p.m. RUGBY, Sept. 3. The King has graciously consented that a copy of the message which he broadcast this evening should be sent to every household in the country, so that all may be able to keep it as a permanent record. Each copy will bear His Majesty’s own signature in facsimile.
