DEMOCRATS’ INDICTMENT 1 CALL TO GERMAN PEOPLE (Reed. Sept. 5; 2 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 4. The German Social Democratic Party, through its joint presidents, Otto’Wells and Hans Vogel, lias issued a manifesto to the German people on behalf of haters of war and dictatorship declaring. “The whole weight of guilt of this monstrous crime against humanity rests with Ilerr Hitler and his system, the final overthrow of which is a prerequisite of European peace and reorganisation.” The manifesto also urges the German people to fight for freedom and get rid of Herr Hitler.
