BALTIC BLOCKADE
NEW YORK REPORT (Reed. Sent. 5, 9 a.m.) NEW YORK, Sept. 3. The Washington correspondent of the New York Times says that information which is reaching officials, although unconfirmed, says‘that Britain has ordered a naval blockade of Germany, locking the entrance of the Baltic near Skagerrak. and stretched across the North Sea near the Scandinavian Peninsula.
