CANADIAN PACIFIC LINER (Reed. Sept. 5, 10 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 4. The United Press Association’s correspondent in Shanghai reports that the Admiralty has ordered the Canadian Pacific liner Empress of Japan, to remain in port. She was scheduled to sail for Vancouver.
