PETROL LICENSES
ACTION IN AUCKLAND (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. Depots were opened at Auckland yesterday for the issuing of oil fuel licenses. Until the rationing scheme becomes fully effective, supplies of petrol to private car owners are not to exceed two gallons at any one time.
