THETIS TO BE DRAINED
LIFTING WORK FINISHED CRAFT IN 37FT. OF WATER (Independent t'nblc Service.) (Reed. Sept. 5, S) a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 3. The sunken British submarine Thetis was towed to a position off Anglesey and is now lying in 37ft. of water. Lifting operations are now finished. The concluding of the stage work consists of draining the vessel to make her fit to be towed to dry dock.
