BRITAIN ASKS SOVIET TO RELEASE TRAWLER
LONDON, September 28 (Rec. 11 —The British Embassy in Moscow today requested the release of the 684-ton British trawler, Swanella, which was seized by a Russian patrol vessel in the Murmansk area of the White Sea last Tuesday. The Note sent to the Soviet Foreign Ministry also sought an explanation of the circumstances in which the trawler was detained.
