RELIEF WORK IN N.S.W. FLOOD AREAS
SYDNEY, This Day (Rec 1 p.m.).— Aircraft and army amphibians are co-operating in widespread relief work in the flooded areas of northwest New South Wales. Even more serious flooding is expected as large volumes of water from the catchment areas reach the main rivers. The Mungind police report a 90 per cent, loss of stock in the area.
