FREEZING ORDER AGAINST PRIVATE HOARDS OF PETROL
CANBERRA, This Day (Rec. 11 a.m.).—-The Commonwealth Government has gazetted a special order freezing private hoards of more than 20 gallons of petrol. The order prevents motorists and commercial petrol users with stocks of more than 20 gallons from using these stocks, it applies to all states except Tasmania, where the Upper House rejected the petrol rationing
