NOBEL PRIZE AWARDS
STOCKHOLM, November. 11 (Rec. 11.15 a.m.).—Former Nobel Prize winners will be allowed to nominate candidates for future Nobel Prizes, so that the choice can be made from a wider and more expertly chosen field. This was officially announced today.
