NO PLANS FOR EAST GERMAN GOVERNMENT
BERLIN, September 23 (Rec. 10.30 a.m.). —The official spokesman of the Soviet-sponsored Peoples’ Council said today that there were no plans for creating a separate East German Government in the near’ future.” “A separate East German administration will be formed only when all hqpe of a united Germany has to be abandoned, and that is not yet,” he said.
