Unluckily beaten into third place at the Thames meeting last. Saturday, Huntore appeals as the logical favourite for the Poland Cup—the principal event at the Ohinemuri J.C. meeting tomorrow. A good field will parade to compete for the £750 stake and strongest opposition to Huntore will probably come from Corineus and Bustany, the latter an impressive winner over a mile at' the Avondale meeting a fortnight, ago.
