Common Monetary System Has Not Been Proposed
PARIS, September 21 (Rec. 2 pm.).—A French Foreign Office Spokesman said today that France had suggested to Italy and the Low Countries that they get together to ease trade barriers. He denied that the establishment of a common monetary system was proposed.
