Four Vice-Captains
The West Coast Rugby team had two cqptains and four vice-captains while on tour. E. G. Walker was the first captain, and R. R. Eastgate (originally vice-captain) took over after the first game. J. G. Fraser supplanted Eastgate as vice-captain, and when he too was injured. J. Gillan was appointed. He lasted only one game as vice-captain, being injured, and the reins were then handed to J. Lindbom, who was vice-captain for the final two frames.
