Wallabies Sick Of “Insults” To All Blacks
Indignation that New Zealanders should want an Australian football team to run down-the All Blacks was
expressed by the coach-manager of the Wallabies, Mr R. J. Walden, at
Masterton. ‘‘We are sick and tired of being approached by so-called football enthusiasts asking us to express our opinion of F. R. Allen and his team. We think they are playing good football and are doing a great' job. We. should not have to put up with these insults because that is all it is. “What do these people know about football? Just because the All Blacks have missed on a couple of tests it doesn’t mean they are not playing good football.”
