Mr R. W. Sansom, has been appointed a member of the Greymouth Technical High School Board of Governors, replacing Mr W. Braithwaite, who was not available for reappointment. ... Dr Violet Coates, of Haupin, is acting as relieving medical officer at Brunner, pending the 1 arrival about the middle of next month of Dr M. O’Shaughnessy, of Dublin. Mr F. D. Brown, of Hastings, president of the New Zealand Society of Accountants, will arrive by air today on a visit to Greymouth. This evening he will meet West Coast members of the society at a dinner and meeting. Guests at the Albion Hotel include:— Messrs W. J. Bowden, W. E. Reeve, J. Bagley, Mrs N. H. Fergus (Christchurch) ; Mr H. Hall (Auckland); Messrs N. D. Robinson, L. B. Robinson (Nelson); H. J. Goulding (Arahura); Mr and Mrs Weaver, Mr and Mrs Sutherland (Alexandra).
