REPLACEMENTS FOR INJURED PLAYERS
Owing to a crop of injuries, the West Coast Rugby Union’s touring team has been compelled to send for reinforcements for the next match, against Otago SubUnions, at Dunedin on Saturday. D. McKendry, the Blaketown hooker, and W. Curtain, a Star side-row forward, will leave this evening for Dunedin- to join the team. Consideration is also being given to the sending of an additional back for the later games, but a decision will not be made until after Saturday’s match.
