Bulgarian Cabinet Reshuffled

The Sofia correspondent of the British United Press says that the new Bulgarian Prime Minister (Mr Vassil Kolarov) has reshuffled his Government for the second time in two weeks. The Official Bulgarian News Agency says that General Blagoye Ivanoff, a member of the Bulgarian Politbureau, has been appointed Minister of Public Works, replacing Mr Manola Sakelorova, who has resigned “for health reasons.” Another senior Communist who has been given a Government post is Mr Ivan Rajkov, a member o± the party’s central committee. He has become Deputy Minister of the Interior.—London, August 16. Children Travel 800 Miles Free Two children who ran away from home with 62d, boarded and left .four trains and a boat, passed nine ticket collectors, and were not once asked for a ticket or their fare, says the Daily Express. Thirteen-year-old Millicent Richardson and her nine-year-old brother, Sydney, travelled 800 miles from their house in Hitchin, Hertfordshire. They reached their grandmother’s home in North Tolsta, on the Isle -of Lewis, 32 hours after with 7s 6Sd. Millicent explained: “A woman at Stornoway gave us 7s for our bus fare to North Tolsta, but they would not take otfr fare on the bus. We were not worried about food on our journey. People gave us some fruit and a bag of buns. But Sydney had toothache, anyway.”—London, August 16,
