BASKETBALL Technical Old Girls Were Superior Team

Technical Old Girls' A outclassed the Convent Old' Girls’ B team and won easily by 18 goals to three when the two teams met in the West Coast Basketball Association’s competition matches on Saturday. The strong Technical Old Girls’ teams was superior in all departments. D. Clarke, G. Walker, and N. McNabb gave their opponents lew chances of intercepting: Proved Too Strong Convent Old Girls’ proved too strong for Technical Old Girls’ B. T. The Nurses’ team is a strong combination this year, and will be a contender for the third grade championship. They outclassed Convent Old Girls’ C by 12 goals to two. Juniors Combine Well The best junior game of the day was between McKenzies, and Kohin■cor B, the latter team winning by 12 goals to nine. The passing was accurate, and the combination in both defence thirds was good.
