Match At Rotomanu
Probably. the first Rugby League match to be played at Rotomanu took place on Saturday when members of the Te Kinga Club played a Rotomanu team at Mr J. Graham’s paddock. Although many of the Rotoinanu team members had not played football for some years, they made a creditable showing. Rotomanu held the advantage in the first spell, but Te Kinga gradually forged ahead and won by five points to two.
