Commissions Charged By Stock Agents
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. “This investigation was undertaken as the result of considerable pressure by the farmers,” said the assistant director of price control, Mr J. P. Lewin, when the Price Tribunal today heard an application for a reduction in .the commissions charged by stock a&d station agents throughout New Zealand. After submissions had been made for the Price Control Division, the tribunal adjourned for two weeks to allow the stock and station agents time to present their case.
