STUDY OF EROSION PROBLEMS URGED
(P.A.) NAPIER, This Day. A North Canterbury remit that the Soil Conservation Council should immediately implement its promise to send men overseas to study and report on rivers control and soil conservation was passed at the New Zealand Catchment Board’s Association conference in Napier today. The president, Mr W. Machin (North Canterbury) suggested that the traffic should be/two-way, with overseas men being invited to study Dominion problems.
