RUGBY FOOTBALL TECHNICAL OLD BOYS’ CLUB ELECTS OFFICERS

The Technical Old Boys’ Rugby Football Club decided at its annual meeting to nominate a junior team and a third grade team in the West Coast Rugby Union’s competitions this season.
