TEN GERMAN WAR CRIMINALS HANGED
(Recd. 1 p.m.) LONDON, Oct. 15. Ten German was criminals were hanged at Landsberg prison for the murder of American airmen who had been shot down, and three for atrocities committed at the Flossenbiirg concentration camp, says the British United Press Landsberg correspondent. Fritz Girke, former S.S. major and Gestapo chief in Bensheim, died screaming at the hangmen: “You murderers.”
