Reuter’s diplomatic correspondent says: “It is reliably learned that the. agencies controlling foreign trade in Bizcnia and the French zone of Germany are expected to merge on Monday with a pact to be signed in Berlin. The merger is a major step towards the complete economic fusion of the. three Western zones.”—London, October 9.
