400 Reported Killed In Persian Earthquake
LONDON, Oct. 7.
Reuter’s Teheran correspondent says that an earthquake three days ago severely damaged Meshed and other Persian towns on the Soviet frontier. Press reports say that 400 people were killed. Injuries and 'damage are reported to be “immeasurable. Relief supplies have been sent.
