PERUVIAN PLOT
(Rec. 9.45 a.m.) LIMA, Oct. 8. The Peruvian Government today ordered the arrest of Victor Haya de le Toore and other leaders of the Opposition Party, as instigators of the unsuccessful revolution on October 3.
A Government Minister said Haya fled that day and his whereabouts were unknown.
