Survey of N.Z. Coast
The annual report of the Marine Department, tabled in the House of Representatives today, says the Government has approved the purchase of a frigate from the Admiralty for continuing under the New Zealand Naval Board the necessary survey of our coast. The Admiralty vessel Endeavour was engaged on this work at the outbreak of war'in 1939. — (P.A.)
