PAPARUA MURDER CASE
(P.A.) WELLINGTON, This Day. An appeal has been filed on behalf of William Albertus Ivan Stuck, aged 40, a butcher, who was found guilty at Christchurch of the murder of Bertha Bessie Amy Day. The appeal is against conviction on the grounds of misdirection and the introduction of evidence which is legally inadmissable.
