Six Trades Council Delegates Rejected
(P.A.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The Auckland Engineers’ Union has made a clean sweep of all six delegates to the Auckland Trades Council, who included some pro-Commun-ists. The new delegates were elected on Monday night at the annual meeting, which was described today by the president, Mr S. Glading, as “a triumph for the organised section of the Labour Party.” Two hundred members attended.
